Acne gets formed when your skin pores are unable to clear the dirt and other forms of contaminants like sweat, oil and bacteria due to blockage. Acne can affect anyone in the age group from 11. The sebaceous glands are responsible for production of sebum which nourishes your skin with vital oil content.
Production of oil is normally controlled by these glands. When your skin gets exposed to the UV radiation from sun, it generates free radicals in large quantities depending on the duration of exposure and the intensity of UV radiation. These radicals are highly oxidizing in nature and they attack the sebum glands that are attached to your hair.
The glands react by generating excess oil to protect them from free radicals attack. In some cases the oil production becomes that it starts blocking the skin pores. Heat, sweat, dirt and oil get trapped within the skin.
The human skin is known to reject any external element, especially the contaminants. Since there is no natural way out these contaminants emerge in the form of acne out of your skin layers. They start off as small dots spread over localized skin areas. Once the intensity of contaminants becomes more, they can erupt in the form of bumps and inflammation.
Heat and sweat fill the acne with fluids which break open at some point of time. The outpour can be accompanied with bleeding also. This is the critical condition of acne. When left untreated at this stage acne can turn into non melanoma skin cancer at chronic stages.
Luckily acne has a cure and it is simple. When acne symptoms are in the early stages it is possible to eliminate them completely by using homemade recipes.
