- Drink plenty of water every day

- Prepare a mixture of jaggery powder, ghee haematite and sea salt in a bowl

Regularly drink one litre of pure water in empty stomach early in the morning after you brush your teeth.

- Stress needs to be handled with care

Now you need to heat the liquid to form thin paste by adding 2 teaspoons of turmeric powder. Let it cool to room temperature. Apply onto skin areas affected by spots. Following this procedure for 3 to 4 weeks can considerably reduce these spots on your skin.
Acne is caused due to excess oil production in your skin. You need to find out the right cause of acne. If it is due to hormones then you need to consult your gynaecologist and take appropriate steps to skin care for middle age acne.
If it is due to other middle aged skin conditions like reactions to skin cell oxidation (UV) and skin infections you can depend on homemade recipe to get rid of them.
Prepare a mix of ½ cup apple cider vinegar, two teaspoons of Lemon oil, one teaspoon of Aloe Vera liquid and ½ cup of basil water (rinsed in basil, boiled and cooled). Apply onto acne affected skin areas. You need to let the mix soak your skin overnight. Then you can shower in the morning.
Treating Middle Aged Bad Skin
