Blackheads are blackish/yellowish bumps that form on the skin as a result of the buildup of oil in skin pores and are normally seen within the first stage of acne, before it develops into skin inflammation or infection.

This ingredient is so effective because it helps remove dead skin cells that clog the skin pores and effectively removes the blackheads along with it. It also is a good mild treatment for the skin.
Maintaining a healthy diet is beneficial in the prevention of blackheads. Eating less oil and drinking more water and staying hydrated can help a great deal in decreasing a person’s oiliness in the skin.
