- 1 cup of sliced sea fish without bones
- ½ cup of green beans
- 1/4th cup of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of red chilli pepper
- ½ cup of pomegranates
- 3 teaspoons of mint leaves
Take a bowl of water and ad two teaspoons of salt to it. Soak the fish in this water for 15 minutes. Fry the fish in a pan with 2 teaspoons of olive oil till it turns brown. Take the pan out and place a bowl on low flame. Add the remaining ingredients (except pomegranates) and fry till they turn light brown.
Take the bowl out add the fried fish and stir well. Garnish with pomegranates and serve. This recipe is said to be highly useful for preventing skin aging.
