- ½ cup of cocoa powder
- ½ cup of toned milk (it is better to avoid using full cream milk as the content of excess fat can lead to skin allergy in sensitive skin)
- 2 teaspoons of shea butter for increasing the tensile strength of your skin layers
- Papaya or banana skin can be squashed to form a pulp and you can add that to the recipe
- 1 teaspoon of essential oil is needed for softening and brightening your skin layers
- You may also need vitamin E oil and vitamin C powder for enhancing the brightness of skin tone, adding skin immunity, enhancing collagen production as well as increasing the elasticity of your skin
Blend the mix well. You may choose to apply it in cold conditions also. Such a method would be useful when you have normal skin. If your skin happens to be dry or oily type, you need to breakdown the micro granules of each ingredient and mix them with each other well. Only then they will be able to penetrate deep into the skin layers and show practical results.
For that purpose you need to heat the ingredients to moderate temperature. You can do so in an oven for about 30 seconds or on a stove for about 2 minutes in low flame. Keep stirring the ingredients they form a thick liquid. Make sure that it does not get into a paste as it may end up getting sticky.
Cool the mix and add two tablespoons of Aloe Vera. You can apply this on your entire skin areas on face, hands, legs, feet, back and rest of your body. Follow the procedure for about 15 days to see visible reduction in your skin conditions.
You need to continue the treatment twice a week so your skin becomes free from aging symptoms, dryness, infections and allergies and other types of disorders. As you continue the treatment over a period of 1 or two months, your skin can experience enhanced beautification effects. Hydration levels in your skin can improve by 50% to 60% within the first few weeks of treatment.

Organic Skin Glow Ingredients
Natural ingredients like honey, coconut milk, Guggul, olive oil and essential oils can be highly helpful in brining glow to your skin. There are many steps involved in the process of brightening your skin. It includes:

Removal of dead skin cells
Removal of dead skin cells can be done by scrubbing your skin with apple cider vinegar, baking soda or lemon syrup.
You can use a combination of essential oils honey and coconut milk to brighten your skin tone. A sample recipe for this is given below.
Take ½ or one cup of almond milk and blend it well until the cream is collected at the top layer. Take out the cream and add it to a bowl. Repeat the procedure until there is no more cream (You may need to whip the milk in the blender two or three times).
Add two teaspoons of Shea butter to this milk and whip it up in the blender once again. Now add one egg with white and yellow parts. Whip the mix for another 30 seconds. To this mix you need to add one cut and sliced banana. Add one teaspoon of any essential oil. Blend the mix and heat it to moderate temperature. Keep stirring the mix until it becomes a paste.
Cool the mix and add two tablespoons of Aloe Vera. Stir well until the combination turns into a fine cream. You can apply this on your skin area, especially those parts which have become dull due to dryness, excess oil and other environmental and skin disorder causes.
Since this is a skin cream you don’t need to wash it after some time. Follow the procedure for about 7 days to see visible reduction in wrinkles intensity. You need to continue the treatment twice a week in order to eliminate the wrinkles and keep them away.
Skin hydration can be done with the help of natural elements and essential oils. Break an egg and add its contents into a bowl. To this you need to add 2 tablespoons of sandalwood powder, ½ cup of toned milk, 2 teaspoons of coconut milk and 1 teaspoon of essential oil.
Blend the mix and heat it to moderate temperature. Keep stirring the mix until it becomes a paste. Cool the mix and add two tablespoons of Aloe Vera. Stir well until the combination turns into a fine cream. You can apply this on your skin areas affected by wrinkles.
Follow the procedure for about 20 days. By the end of this period you will be able to see visible changes in your skin texture, tone and beauty. You need to continue the treatment twice a week in order to enhance the beauty and glow of your skin.
